Where can I go for more help?
- Camtasia Tutorials – Camtasia has some very good tutorials available on how to use their software. This link will take you to the tutorial home page, where the topics range from getting started with Camtasia to producing and sharing a video.
- The Visual Lounge: Camtasia Studio Archives – This is a blog hosted by TechSmith, makers of Camtasia. The idea of the visual lounge is to serve as a sounding board where Camtasia users can come together and share ideas and exhibit their creations. There are good examples of video podcasts available here.
- Techsmith User-to-User Forums – Techsmith has made a discussion forum available where users can go to ask one another questions, offer advice, or just show off a new discovery they made with Camtasia.
- Techsmith Camtasia Support – Techsmith has a support page, with a section devoted to frequently asked questions, as well as a form you can fill out that will email a question directly to a member of the support staff.
